BMFA Springboard Grant Awards are moving to the Spring!
The BMFA Board of Directors is delighted to announce a major change in our annual schedule. We’re moving our Springboard Grant Awards Reception to the Spring, beginning in April 2022. In addition to the uncertainties created by Covid 19, we believe the young artists we support will be best served from now on by a grant application process that takes place during the school year. Teachers will be able to play a key role in helping applicants learn more about BMFA and provide guidance to students as they prepare their grant proposals.
Our 2022 Springboard Grant Winners Showcase and fundraiser will take place in early April at the 2300 Arena in South Philadelphia (exact date to be determined shortly). This gala event showcases our 2020 winners, and four new grant recipients.
